Now through May 5, 2025: CKN hosts 9th annual Moozie Kindness Essay/Art Contest for Grades K-3!

Tuesday, May 6, 2025: Moozie visits We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin to read with children from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Monday, May 19, 2025: Moozie visits Whitsitt Elementary School in two classes (grade TBD).

Thursday, May 22, 2025: Moozie helps celebrate the last day of school at Ice Cream Social fundraiser, 1:30 to 4:30, at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, The Factory at Franklin, 230 Franklin Road. All can enjoy and support children served by CKN!!

Tuesday, June 3, 2025: Moozie visits We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin to read with children from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Weeks of June 23 and July 14, 2025: CKN leads fun kindness lessons and activites at Animal Ed-ventures Summer Camp at Williamson County Animal Center on Thursdays, Moozie Kindness Days!

January 20, 2024: CKN shared meeting spotlight at the Kiwanis Club of Greater Music City.

February 7, 2024: Franklin, TN community honored Moozie founder/volunteer extraordinaire “Farmer Ted” Dreier, at 17th annual Franklin Tomorrow Exemplary Community Volunteer Awards event in Franklin, TN. Farmer Ted received Volunteer Spirit Award for his creativity, vision, compassion, effort, financial commitment and tens of thousands of hours of volunteer time during the 25 years since he created Moozie and incorporated Children’s Kindness Network to help stifle bullying and shape a world where kindness prevails.

February 11, 2024: Moozie visited Daisy Girl Scout troop in Brentwood, TN.

Tuesday, February 27, 2024: Moozie visited the Academy of Burkitt Commons in Nolensville. Moozie debuted with wonderful new Academy/Learning Zone partners!

Sunday, March 3, 2024: CKN’s Moozie book donations and website inspire creation of a Kindness Corner in children’s Sunday School Room at Quaker meeting in New Hampshire.

Monday, March 4, 2024: Moozie visited Tusculum Elementary School in Nashville to read during READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK and discuss kindness with Kindergarten and first grade classes.

Tuesday, March 5, 2024: Moozie reader plus singer-songwriter talent Isaac Ferguson Dillard visited Franklin Elementary School to read, sing, and discuss kindness to others, with Kindergarteners and Puppet Moozie.

Thursday, March 7, 2024: Moozie visited J E Moss Elementary School, Antioch.

Tuesday, March 19, 2024: Moozie visited Robert Churchwell Elementary School in Nashville.

Sunday, March 24, 2024: Moozie and Farmer Vic presented our kindness program to over 200 members of Kiwanis Clubs in Jamaica and Bahamas (via Zoom, Streamed on Facebook and YouTube, and in person in Montego Bay).

Monday, March 25, 2024: Moozie visited Whitsitt Elementary School in Nashville.

Saturday, April 6, 2024: Moozie visited Williamson County Schools Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, for WalkWithUs 5K/Family Fun event benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. CKN hosted fun kindness activity zone for young children to create greeting cards for hospitalized children.

Monday, April 8, 2024: Moozie visited Franklin Tomorrow’s Frank Talks to present CKN and Moozie’s story.

Tuesday, April 9, 2024: Moozie and CKN’s executives presented CKN program to students in Early Childhood course on Social-Emotional Development of Children, at College of Education, Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).

Wednesday, April 24, 2024: Moozie attended a meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Murfreesboro to share and promote Moozie Kindness Program.

Saturday, May 4, 2024: Moozie welcomed many friends as she celebrated her 25th birthday and Children’s Kindness Network’s silver anniversary, and founder “Farmer Ted” Dreier was honored.

Thursday, May 9, 2024: Moozie visited the Academy of Gateway in Murfreesboro.

Saturday, May 11, 2024: Moozie appeared at the Barnes and Noble bookstore in Murfreesboro for a bookfair including kindness storytime.

Wednesday, May 22, 2024: Moozie visited the Academy of Westhaven in Franklin.

Friday, May 24, 2024: Moozie participated with three CKN officers, Youth Ambassadors Anirudh Rao and Will Wang, contest winners with parents and teachers, and Learning Express Toys and Games Nashville owners/ award sponsors in annual virtual CKN Essay/Art Contest Award Ceremony.

Thursday, June 13, 2024: Moozie joined Williamson County Animal Center’s annual Animal Edventure Summer Camp by leading the day’s kindness program.

Wednesday, June 19, 2024: Moozie participated in the Juneteenth Celebration at the McLemore House Museum in Franklin.

Tuesday & Wednesday, July 9-10, 2024: Moozie attended annual Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation’s (GELF) Statewide Early Literacy Education Collaborative of Tennessee convening in Franklin.

Friday, July 12, 2024: Moozie supported Mercy Community Healthcare Back to School Bash in Franklin.

Thursday, July 18, 2024: Moozie joined Williamson County Animal Center’s annual Animal Edventure Summer Camp by leading the day’s kindness program.

Saturday, July 20, 2024: Moozie and Kiwanis Club of Greater Music City partnered with St. Johns West United Methodist Church for “Christmas in July” party with lunch, reading a kind story, bingo and fellowship.

Sunday, August 11, 2024: Moozie greeted 100+ children as CKN was recognized as “Charity of the Game” at Nashville Sounds baseball game to launch “Easy to Be Kind” campaign with video entries singing kindness song; winners to be revealed on November 13, 2024 – World Kindness Day!

Saturday, September 21, 2024: Moozie and friends read to and entertained young children at Bound Booksellers children’s book and gift store in Franklin.

Tuesday, September 24, 2024: Moozie and team presented MTSU workshop in Murfreesboro on kindness, anti-bullying and anti-cyber-bullying to students preparing to teach in early childhood environments.

Tuesday, October 8, 2024: Moozie visited the Learning Zone John Rice in Murfreesboro.

Sunday, October 20, 2024: Moozie and team hosted a booth at Brentwood United Methodist Church’s Harvest Jamboree, to entertain children and provide greetings and insights to families.

Saturday, October 26, 2024: Moozie visited the St. John’s West United Methodist Church’s (Nashville) Trunk or Treat party.

Tuesday, November 5, 2024: Moozie returned to the Academy of Burkitt Commons in Nolensville.

Tuesday, November 5, 2024: Moozie ambassador visited Primrose Preschool in Denver, Colorado area.  Newest CKN Youth Ambassador Declan M. read Moozie book and gave children added joy of petting/hugging Moozie, the plush hand puppet.

Saturday, November 9, 2024: CKN representatives had fun and success at Moozie merchandise table at annual Franklin High School Mistletoe Market.

Wednesday, November 13, 2024: World Kindness Day (and Week through Nov 17)! CKN supported reveal of “It’s Ease To Be Kind” campaign’s kindness stars.

Sunday, November 17, 2024: Moozie and team participated in St. Matthews School Market with Moozie merchandise.

Thursday, November 14, 2024: CKN launched November ’24 – May ’25 collaboration partnership with newest Moozie team of talented high school students at Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, Franklin.

Tuesday, November 19, 2024: CKN & partners brought Moozie cheer to children recovering from Hurricane Helene! STRONG ACC (Accountable Care Community) and Girl Scouts read Moozie book, discuss kindness, and make inspirational cards for 50 Moozie Kindness Program kits which were distributed at NE TN schools. 

Wednesday, December 18, 2024: CKN Board, partners, and volunteers gather for holiday cheer. CKN is grateful for kind Moozie program support and donations throughout 2024.

Monday, January 27, 2025: Moozie visited Whitsitt Elementary School in Nashville to read, discuss kindness and enjoy kindness-based experiences in two Pre-K classes.

Monday, February 24, 2025: Moozie visited Whitsitt Elementary School in two second grade classes.

Saturday, March 15, 2025 – Moozie team participated in Teen Wellness Fair at Patterson Park Community Center in Murfreesboro.

Monday, March 17, 2025: Moozie visited Whitsitt Elementary School in four kindergarten classes.

Tuesday, April 1, 2025: Moozie visited We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin to read with children from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, a program that will be repeated monthly on the first Tuesday.
